What to expect when you experience Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra takes us into different state of consciousness in which we can access space and time in a safe and nurturing way. You may experience a sense of deep rest, a change in perspective, have an improved sense of self-awareness or process difficulties in your life with a bit more ease.
Anyone can practice Yoga Nidra. All you have to do is sit comfortably or lie down and be guided by the teacher’s voice. There is no right or wrong way to engage in this practice. You just have to turn up, or rather, lie down.

Reiki is an ancient form of healing which originated in Japan. The dictionary definition of Reiki reads as follows:
“A healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.”
I had the privilege of finishing my final level of Reiki training in 2015 with my spiritual teacher Louise Chalice. It was clear to me at that point, that the way in which I would help people heal was not going to be orthodox.
What to expect in a session
A session with me will include a blend of traditional reiki, crystal healing, deep relaxation and spiritual counselling.
It is always my intention that my clients feel safe, that they feel heard and completely relaxed before we begin to work together. You may come to see me for issues around:
Fertility and connecting with the feminine
Peri-menopause and menopause
Reconnecting with compassion and self-care
Times of transition
These sessions can be powerfully transformative as well as deeply relaxing.
Clients often come away with solutions to problems, a new sense of purpose or simply an easier heart.
